More and more people are accepting the fact that it is critical to eat a balanced diet of high quality foods in order to protect themselves from preventable diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. I’ll admit though, that once in the grocery store it can be a confusing task to select the right foods with so many different market labels staring you in the face. Labels such as Certified Naturally Grown, Cage-free, Non-GMO, and Animal Welfare Approved just to name a few. For those that need a little help deciphering these terms, here is a handy Green market glossary.
