When many of us think of nutritious foods we think of boring foods we know we should eat but just can’t gear up for. But fortunately blueberries are an exception. Packed with vitamin C, dietary fiber, and antioxidants, they taste great and can easily be added to smoothies, yogart, cereal, deserts, or just eaten strait from the container.

According to “sciencedaily.com” blueberries may help reduce belly fat lowering your risk of diabetes, as well as counteract intestinal diseases. And according to cancer.stanford.edu the anthocyanins found in blueberries “help to slow the aging process, protect against heart disease and tumors, prevent blood clots, and fight inflammation and allergies.”
